Shipping policy

The following conditions apply to payment and shipping of our items ordered via https://spilanthox.shop:

1. Payment

  • Basically, we offer payment methods via instant transfer (via Klarna), credit card (via Visa, Mastercard and AmEx) and PayPal. Depending on your chosen payment method, you may be redirected to the website of the selected payment service provider during the ordering process.

  • For every order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.

  • In the event of a purchase, your account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. Payments are due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

  • You agree that you will only receive invoices in electronic form to the email address you provided during the ordering process.

  • You must bear any costs incurred for transferring money (transfer or exchange rate fees from credit institutions) in cases where the delivery takes place within the Federal Republic of Germany but the payment was made, for example, outside the European Union and/or the Eurozone.

2. Repayment

  • We will arrange any repayments to the account you used for payment. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the associated credit card or PayPal account.

3. Shipping

  • Our goods are delivered throughout the EU and to Switzerland.

  • Goods that are available in our warehouse are usually dispatched within 2 working days - with the exception of weekends - and delivered within 4 - 6 working days, unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer. If problems occur when shipping an ordered item, we will contact you.

  • When paying by credit card, PayPal and Klarna Sofortüberweisung, the delivery period begins one day after the payment instruction is made.

  • If the start or end of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the start or end of the deadline is postponed to the following working day.

  • If shipping costs apply, these will be displayed to you during the ordering process after selecting the shipping service provider. You must bear the shipping costs if they are calculated separately and/or you do not exercise your right of withdrawal. If you remove the seal from the delivered goods and your right of cancellation expires prematurely, any shipping costs will not be refunded to you.
  • Payment of the shipping costs is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

  • We are not liable for deliveries delayed or prevented due to force majeure (e.g. war, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, export or import bans, official decisions, disruptions in general traffic or similar events that make deliveries more difficult or hindered).
