Refund policy

1. Statutory right of cancellation

When purchasing our goods in our online shop https://spilanthox.shop/en, you as a consumer are entitled to a statutory right of cancellation. A consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.

1.1 Cancellation policy

• You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, of the last delivery. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify NB Green Cosmetics GmbH, Gaußstrasse 122a, 22765 Hamburg (Tel.: +49 (0) 40 59 362 89 - 0), info@spilanthox.shop, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to notify us that you intend to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

• Note: The right of cancellation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, cannot be returned if their seal has been removed after delivery.

1.2 Consequences of cancellation

• If you cancel the contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the extra costs resulting from you having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we receive notification that you are cancelling the contract. To make this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay or, in any case, no later than within 14 days from the date on which you inform us that you are cancelling the contract. You are considered to have met the deadline if you send the goods back before the 14-day period elapses. You shall bear the direct costs of sending the goods back. You must pay for any diminished value of the goods only if such a loss in value is due to the goods being handled in a way other than that necessary to check the quality, features and functioning of the goods.
